Large electric furnace for a customer from Kazakhstan

The "AtyrauNefteMash" LLP set up and put into operation the electric furnace with internal dimensions of 22x6x6 meters on the territory of the customer.

The total electrical power is 2.7 MW and the number of control channels - 24 pcs.

During the heat treatment, the accuracy of temperature field on the object's surface was less than 5 degrees on all 12 control thermocouples.

The launch of this furnace allowed the heat treatment of a separator with a length of 17 m, a diameter of 4 m and a weight of 120 tons.
