New portable single-channel inverter unit for heat treatment of welded joints

During the performing of work on the installation of process pipeline, there is often a need for heat treatment of remote welded joints. Sometimes it is necessary to move entire thermal complex or elongate many cables just to reach one small welded joint. These difficulties are familiar to any thermal operator.

To solve such problems, our engineers developed a lightweight single-channel inverter unit, which allows you to heat treat welded joints on pipes up to 325 mm in diameter. The heat treatment program is performed by a specially designed temperature controller while the heat treatment diagram is recorded using an electronic temperature recorder. Data from the temperature recorder automatically is written into a USB drive for saving and allows you to print them.
