Control unit for 440 kW furnace

Conrol unit for furnaces is intended for volume furnace heat treatment. It works manually and automaticaly.

It is intended with 12-channel temperature register Yokogawa MR20000

Unit controls heating speed, dwell temperature and cooling speed during program running in automatic mode.

This control unit doesn't contain transformer, therefore 380 V supply voltage converts to 220 V for heating elements. Control unit can be supplied with a 440 kW splitter step-down transformer, if it is required.

Primarily, this unit is inteded for work with heating panels. However, 220V heating mats also can be conneted.
