It is not always enough only to have the equipment. The more complex and responsible the process is, the higher requirements to the personnel who maintain and operate this equipment are.
That is why our company has its own training centre. Here we teach PWHT operators of any professional skills (engineers or workers) and of any level (from 2nd to up to 6th).
Education is performed in well-equipped classes with everything necessary for the full understanding of the profession of a PWHT operator with the appropriate knowledge and skills. The instructors are our high-qualified employees with the big experience of the post weld heat treatment of welded joints.
If it is necessary and technically possible the education can be performed on the customer’s site. It allows our teachers to give their experience and knowledge to students without interrupting their major work, learning them with real examples and tasks of a certain production.
