Description
It is necessary to check accuracy of temperature display on recorder and controllers during working with thermocouples. Temperature value on a thermocouple is always changing and it is unknown what value recorder shows. We strongly recommend to test all measuring and recording channels of the installation for local heat treatment of welds once every 2-3 months, to check accuracy of the measurement circuit.
Temperature calibrator is a necessary device for setting temperature controllers. Calibrating of controllers allows leveling difference in accuracy of heating temperature display on controllers and recorders of RT series.
Device is designed for calibration of electrical signal converters in field and laboratory conditions. It measures and generates specific thermal measurements electric signals.
