Specifications
Unit RT360-12 power of 360kW made for welded joints heat treatment of large diameter. High power of each channel allows significantly expand heating zone even on large thick-walled pipes.
Unit can be completed with 24-channel temperature register if it necessary for standarts of temperature field control.
We think it's necessary to simulate heating of welded joint with the subsequent selection of heating elements, while technology of welded joint heat treatment development. Simulation process allows temperature distribution in heat-affected zone and at edges of uniform heating zone determination.

The rigid frame case with powder painting and an additional varnish covering. Removable panels on all sides of the case provide easy access. Power sockets on the rear panel. Special wheels for manual moving. Reinforced base for transportation.
