Local heat treatment of the device

We perform our work with high quality, in accordance with the technical specifications and without delay, which ensures long-term and fruitful cooperation with our customers. For several years, we have been carrying out a number of works on local heat treatment of welded joints for our regular customer.
Heating was performed on the outside and inside of the product using flexible heating mats. Heating belts are installed on both sides of the weld. Heaters, control thermocouples, and backup thermocouples are installed on the outside and inside of the machine. The heating process is controlled by new DG series installations - 4 installations of the PT150-12DG model. The heat treatment was carried out using a high-release mode with a heating rate of 40°C/h, an exposure time of 9 hours and 15 minutes at a temperature of 645-655°C, and a cooling rate of no more than 40°C/h.
