Volumetric heat treatment of 7 spherical tanks with a volume of 600m3

Our company's specialists successfully carried out off-furnace heat treatment of 7 600 m3 spherical tanks in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The out-of-furnace volumetric heat treatment of ball tanks consists in heating the internal volume with the combustion products of liquid fuel obtained during the operation of special burners. At the same time, the entire body of the product, and, consequently, all the welded joints included in it, is subjected to high-temperature treatment.

 During the heat treatment work, our company's specialists were present at each work point of the equipment installation, monitoring the entire heat treatment process, the correct recording and design of the charts based on the results of the work, and the stability of the registration of all thermocouples.

The heat treatment of the ball tanks was carried out in strict accordance with the operating instructions for the equipment used.
