Volumetric heat treatment of the stripping column

Our many years of experience and commitment to quality allow us to solve unique and large-scale tasks. Now we have been entrusted with the execution of off-kiln volumetric heat treatment of the steaming column on a construction site.

The work was carried out in strict compliance with the technical and technological requirements for volumetric heat treatment of the vessel's welds using internal heating of the product body with special burners.


The heating was performed according to the high-release mode (heating at a rate of ≤110℃/h to a temperature of 580-620℃, followed by a 115-minute hold and cooling at a rate of ≤110℃/h), in order to reduce the level of residual welded stresses, increase the corrosion resistance and operational reliability of the product.

 The work was carried out by experienced specialists from the LLC "GK Repair Technologies" with the necessary equipment that ensures high accuracy and stability of operation.
