During the reconstruction of the Volgograd refinery under the constant whole-night control, the heat treatment of the two parts of the electric desalting plant, atmospheric vacuum tubular (EDP AVT) column was carried out. The heat treatment of one of its parts was carried out "in place" at an altitude of more than 15 meters.
