Heat treatment of the high-pressure welded joint metal thickness 200 mm

The most complicated work on heat treatment, the ending welded joint of the high-pressure heater chamber bottom, was carried out.

The works were carried out at the territory of the factory of the OJSC TKZ “Krasny Kotelshchik” in Taganrog in accordance with the requirements of "ПНАЭГ-7-008-89". The control over the heat treatment was carried out both by the customer service and the "ФГУП ЦНИИ КМ «Прометей»". 

The complexity of the work lay out the large wall thickness of the product (205 mm) and in precisely controlling the temperature area along the axis of the apparatus.
