Heat treatment of complicated apparatus

The urgent heat treatment of the welded joints of the chamber welding to the tube grid was performed. The device manufactured by the French company: "Foure Lagadec" was delivered to the customer with non-heat-treated welded joints (defect detected at the entrance control). Hardness - 350 HB. Material 15XM (Russian standard). The thickness of the tube plate is 260 mm, the thickness of the chamber is 25 mm. Weld 40 mm from the grid.
