Technology features
- The presence of automated control and protection systems that prevent the ingress of fuel into the object, carry out uninterrupted monitoring of the flame and turn off the fuel supply in the event of its extinction. This system is unique and has no one competitor in Russia.
- The control system ensures safe start-up of the burners and allows PWHT operators to avoid the danger zone near the burners. Other manufacturers use the "old-fashioned" method: using open flame and a towel.
- High-speed burners do not require additional sources of energy. Electricity is the only source needed for the system operation. The system includes all necessary components: fuel pumps, injection blowing fans, compressors, etc. Some of our competitors require a high-capacity compressed air supply (up to 0.6 m3 / h per burner at a pressure of 4-6 bar).
- High-speed burners provide high uniformity of heating due to the circulation of the turbulent flow of hot gases inside the workpiece. The burners of other companies heat definite areas, so they have to be rotated all the time, and still, it cannot help to avoid overheating “stains”.
- During the work, our specialists use the most modern and high-tech equipment to monitor the temperature distribution, including electronic temperature recorders, high-temperature thermal imagers, etc.

All equipment used during the work of our specialists is properly certified and declared. Thermal operators regularly attend training and upgrade courses at a licensed educational centre.
